Our model is to identify exceptional nurses for you for on a retained basis and to improve the candidate experience for your healthcare organization through our peer-evaluation model.
EARN is paid when successful full-time employment offers are accepted.
EARN's fee is 15% on the base salary of the candidate plus a 5% retention bonus after the candidate's first-year anniversary.
EARN charges a modest quarterly retainer which is credited based on candidate success.
